  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for online purchases. Please ensure your billing address matches the one on your credit card statement. If you face any payment issues, please reach out to your bank for transaction approval or try a different payment method.

  • When will I be charged for my purchase?

    As soon as you complete your order with your credit or debit card, the payment will be immediately processed. All transactions are handled by a certified external company to ensure your privacy. Thus, your payment to Keep It Thorough, LLC will be secure and confidential.

  • Will I be charged tax?

    Keep It Thorough, LLC applies relevant state, local, and county taxes to online transactions. The estimated Sales Tax is included in your order total.

Returns and Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?

    We're committed to ensuring you love your purchase from keepitthorough.com. However, if you need to return an item, we accept returns in their original, unused condition with all tags attached within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the return shipping label is postmarked within this time frame. Keep these points in mind while planning a return:

    1. Ensure products are in their original, unused condition with all tags.

    2. Initiate the return within 14 days from delivery.

    3. Items must be unworn and unwashed. You may try them on for fit and expectations, but ensure they remain free from stains or unpleasant odors, as we check all returns for these.

    Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refund times?

    Upon receiving your returned items, we'll conduct a thorough check of the products' condition before accepting the return and processing your refund. This could take between 5 and 10 days. Refunds are issued directly to the original method of purchase in the same currency. Please be aware that the refund amount will be the purchase price of the returned product(s), sales tax included, minus the original shipping costs and the cost of return shipping.

    Once the return is processed, the timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your bank's processing times, which usually take 3-5 business days.

  • Can I exchange an item?

    At this time, we don't offer a direct exchange service for online orders. If you'd like a different item, we recommend you return your original order within 14 days from the delivery date and place a new order on support@keepitthorough.com. Remember to initiate the return process by contacting us at support@keepitthorough.com.
